AVATAR – Believe the Unbelievable.

Avatar, the buzz word among all age groups recent days was finally onscreen on dec 18th 2009.

There will be sensation all around if it’s a Cameroon film, this time it’s even doubled as it’s a 3-D film, which is also a reason for the delay on screening this movie as the team has to wait for the sufficient number of theatre to install the 3-D projectors needed.

After the fictional love story in the ship that sunk years ago, the movie “Titanic”, which filled a lot of eyes with tears, Avatar too can be considered as a romantic film. This time it’s not any ordinary love.

The film is set in the year 2154, on the lush moon Pandora, in the Alpha Centauri star systems, where the humans mining a precious mineral called Unobtanium,  there comes the love  between a human and an alien. Well, proving to be the existence of love within every one and everywhere, there are no words to describe the bond between these couples. Then it shows the struggle one went through to save his people and land, with lot of Computer Graphics works involved.

The film is a massive hit in collection, as it is the first film ever to earn more than $2 billion, worldwide.

It’s also shortlisted for the Oscar 2010 nominee list and won golden globe award 2010 for Best film ad Best direction.

People are ready to wait for as many years, if they are presented with such a feast like Avatar, but not Cameroon, busy working on his next project named “Battle Angle”, which is also a 3-D. Expected to be released soon…
